British chef Isaac Carew is taking the culinary world by storm after launching his popular food blog and YouTube channel, The Dirty Dishes.

As well as his flair for cooking, Carew has become one of Britain’s most successful emerging models, landing major campaigns for Hermès, Moschino and Valentino. In 2007, he began working for the Gordon Ramsay Group, cooking alongside Angela Hartnett at The Connaught in London and Cielo in Miami. Now the 30 year old social media star is set to release his debut cookbook, The Dirty Dishes (date tbc), and earlier this year he appeared on Channel 4’s The Ultimate Shopping List, alongside Michelin Starred chef Michel Roux Jr.
